The PDL's operate under several names as well. If you do your homework you may be able to connect the dots.
As I was doing research on the PDL's I quickly discovered who the "owners"were. Whenever I would email the PDL,I would also CC the Owner/President".I always received a reply.
Remember, They have a vested interest in keeping their host!

But there is another one out there that the payday stores use called Teletrack. You don't get to see this one when you pull your credit reports through a credit monitoring service like TrueCredit.
Unlike the major bureaus, they don't report monthly account info; they only report inquiries and chargeoffs. Nonetheless, it is out there and if you applied for or took out a payday loan, they probably made an inquiry before giving it to you.
Just like you can get a copy of your other credit reports, you can get a copy of your Teletrack file:
The file would tell you the names/addresses/phone of the store inquiring, and sometimes the contact name within that store.
