I am in virginia, neither have a liscense here, I sent them settlement offers back in july, on 3 seperate occasions, the AG's office also has copies of these letters and agrees with me, I have more than paid them enough, both have violated several codes of Virginia Law concerning payday loans.

I would just continue to send the letters everyday. Actually I am having the same problem with CASHTODAY, and I live in NC, where PDL are illegal. I send them the letter daily, and some of the posts I have read, says they send 3 or 4 a day. They will eventually stop..
