They have a good feedback within the community. How much is the total amount of your debt and what is their status? You can discuss your situation here for advice.
Debt Settlement Companies
As a Certified Financial Counselor and Debt Negotiator for my own company I can tell you that when your looking to enroll in a debt settlement program it's important to make sure that they are accredited through USOBA or TASC, they are licensed to do business in your state and bonded depending on the state. You also want to make sure that the fees the company charges is not being deducted up front. Your settlement comes first, then their fees for service not the other way around. Many companies will charge you a monthly fee just for being enrolled. Read the contracts carefully and ask questions even if you think there stupid questions. There's no such thing as a stupid question when it comes to your money. Always read BBB reports before hiring any company.
Good Luck
