Dear sir,
I was wondering what was delaying my order. After tracking my order, I found out that it was being held at SCOTT DEPOT, WV. I didn?t know where SCOTT DEPOT was. They are not listed in the telephone book. From the tacking information, I called this number 1-866-477- 7529. I told the person who answered that there was no notice left at my door that the my package was delivered. I also explained that I had injured my back and that I could not pick up the package. I was told that SCOTT DEPOT would call me back. I waited for the call for one day and called the mentioned 800 number again. The day happens to be Friday. Another person answered. I told her about the pain in my back. She told me that the trucks had left and that they would deliver my package on the following Monday. I waited all day and the following Tuesday for the package and it did not come. On Wednesday, I called again. I asked the person who answered to give me the SCOTT DEPOT telephone number and she said that she was not allowed to do that. She ask if I wanted SCOTT DEPOT to get in touch with me. She said that she would see what she can do. That was the last time that I heard from them. Tracking my order my today again, I found out that my order was sent back to the shipper. I was still waiting for them to deliver my order. SCOTT DEPOT had decided to ship my order back rather than to deliver to my apartment.
Let me enter the following steps:
I?m a senior citizen who lives all alone at this location.
I?m new in this area and I don?t know where SCOTT DEPOT is.
They are not listed in the telephone book or I could not find there telephone number.
After calling their 800 number, I did get their address. I don?t know why they don?t list their address in the tracking list instead of just SCOTT DEPOT WV.
Those drivers must know that there are seniors and disabled people living at this address who are all alone like myself.
We have disabled people at this location that are not seniors and who all alone and who are in wheelchairs..
I?ve come to think that there exist some kind of discrimination here.
Usually, a yellow piece of paper explaining that my order was delivered and I ensure that it wasn?t.
I?ve made many orders through the Internet and I just have had no problems. I guess that I was lucky.
Deliveries should be made before working hours so that our apartment manager could receive the order.
I don?t have any idea where my was.
I remain respective yours,
DANIEL MARCHI
P.S I?m sending you the tracking information and I hope for those disable that State of West Virginia will do something about this situation. The address of the SCOTT DEPOT WV is

Daniel,
I think you probably are in the wrong place and in reading your post, it sounds like your issue is with Fedex perhaps? Have you tried their website, Fedex.com? Like the preceding poster said, we are a community that helps each other with debt issues and have no connection to Fedex or like businesses. If you want to talk about these issues, we would love for you to stay around!
