I currently have 9 payday loans as we speak and do not know what to do.i keep paying finance fees and keep not having money to put food on the table or pay rent.i am trying to work major overtime to pay for everything but it does not help.
Do you have any advice for me.i am tired of all the phone calls the stress is taking over

First of all, welcome to the site and as you have probably read you are not alone. Since you have registered a counselor will be calling you to discuss your options. There a couple of different ways to go about getting rid of these payday loans. debt consolidation has helped a lot of people. That is something the counselor will discuss with you. Are you dealing with storefront or online lenders? If they are online, what companys are they.

Kirby, you've come to the right place. A few months ago, I was in a mess. I came to this site and found that three of my four internet pay day loans were not licensed, and I had been paying illegal fees to the companies. If this is the case with you, you will have recourse. Let us know what state you live in as well as the names of the internet pay day loan companies, and we can help.

kirbysgrl, please name the state you are in and what companies you have the loans from? Are they internet or storefront?

Backed by your state laws and going through your bank statement, you'll figure out how much are the actual charges on your loan principal and balance owed. If you have paid more than the permissible charges, you need to get the account closed by the company. If you owe a balance, payment arrangements are possible with the pdl places.
