Who are these people, Geneva Roth Ventures

I inquired about a payday loan in October 2006 and was told I was turned down. The next thing I knew money had been deposited into my account by Geneva Roth Ventures and I can't get them to cancel a so called loan. It was deposited into a joint checking account with my husband who I am now separated from and when I asked about repaying in a different form than that account because he closed it, I was e-mailed back and told they don't make arrangements that they are still going to debit their payment from that account. What can I do?


Geneva Roth Ventures is connected with Cash Today Limited. People dealing with this company have horrible experiences. If they start debiting from your account, it will never stop. Your only option is to close the account and open a new one. Since the loan is deposited in your account, you need to return them by other means like a money order or a western union and get your account marked closed.
