Hey, ok so i emailed payday ok saying they're not allowed to refinance in my state i paid an amount of 362.33 in interest alone. here is the response

Quote:
We received your complaint and understand you are unhappy with our service. We
are willing to accept the remaining principal balance owed on your account to
settle your loan. We are willing to let you pay this out in as many as 4
payments. This means you may pay out the $500.00 principal balance over the next
4 months. If this is done in equal payments you will need to send $125.00 per
month with the first payment being due by 12/15/06. Please let me know if you
will accept this offer.

Thank You,

I'm dealing with cashnet500 right now too. What state are you in? They aren't licesed in my state and they cannot and will not go after you in a court if they don't have a legal license in your state. They would get into more trouble then they'd recover from you. I've filed complaints against them too and oregon is now investigating them for lending without a license.

I am in living in the state of Maryland - I checked but they have so many names - to see if they are licensed and they seem to have nothing - I paid them $$360.00 on a $400.00 loan plus 120.00 for fees so I will pay them $100.00 but no more than that
