All the debts will combine under one plan. After enrolling into credit counseling, the accounts will become current in case you have defaulted and you'll get low interest rates. The late fees will be waived off which will bring down the total. You have to draw one check to the consolidation company. They will contact your creditors and make the payments included in the program. You will get monthly statements from the consolidation company how your money was used. This will keep you updated with the latest balance.

Hey Jahaira welcome to the forums. I am only 21 and I, too, have alot of debt. These guys and gals on here are great. I have been a member for a little while now, and I don't know how much they have helped me out. If there is anything we can do, just let us know and everyone will try to help out.
