I had a company taking money out of my account yesterday I never got a loan with these people at Express Cash...Did you get information on this company?

LMK...Thank you...

Xpress Cash is PD6 Ventures/Loan Shop, which you inquired about in a previous post. The debits to your account show up as Xpress Cash.

I had a loan with them and when I took it out, it was through VC Funding, but the debits would show up as Xpress Cash, and when I defaulted on the loan, I started receiving emails from PD6 Ventures, DMS Marketing, and finally a letter from Westbury Ventures, which apparently is the parent company of these affiliates.

They continue to take out unauthorized debits every day, it started last Thursday and it has caused ALOT of damage to my account. I have written them twice and asked them to stop...did other people have this same situation. How did you proceed. I don't have an attorney and can't really afford one.

Please HELP me I am in need of assistance...

Thank you!

I got an email from them the other day. I explained that I would only be paying the an addition $90, from the $300 loan. He responded that I owed $570. I told him that was above the limit in the state and that pdl's were illegal. I explained that I would contact the AG for my state, which he replied the AG did not take out the loan. The next day he called me at work. I again stated that I would contact the AG's office about the matter. He laughed. So I when I contacted the AG's office to file a complaint, the lady was very friendly and I sent her all the information. She stated the office would contact the on the matter, So I doubt they will be calling me any more

They will probably only contact you one more time and that is to tell you that you don't owe them anymore money, and they will be very friendly with you this time. Trust me, they think you are bluffing about the AG until they are contacted by them then they change their tune very quickly :D

I got an email from them saying they would settle any loan, no matter what the amt owed, for $250. My loan was only for $250 to begin with, and I've already paid $150 in fees.

I replied and gave them the payday loan info. for my state and stated how much had already been paid back, so I only owe $100. I got a hateful response that said I was totally incorrect and had better contact them ASAP. This went back and forth and I mentioned that I had offered to make payment arrangements and was ignored. Now I was getting aggressive, condescending responses, so was filing a complaint with the AG, BBB, etc. The guy replied and asked if I was going to tell the AG why I wasn't paying my loan. I told him that defaulting wasn't a crime, his company isn't licensed, and the BBB site says they have been unable to verify that this company is even licensed in the state they're in.

Next thing I know, I'm getting an email from the supposed "supervisor" of this guy saying he was told there was an issue with my acct. I explained everything and he said he would accept my remaining $100 in two payments via money order and would mark my acct. as paid in full, no negative reports to Teletrack, and asked that I not file the complaints.

So, it's obvious they don't want to deal with investigations.
