From what I am reading, you have an existing loan with them, and they are taking fees for the current loan as well as for an old loan that has already been paid off?
If this is the case, I'm assuming the amount of the current loan was for $200, as that's the standard amount they usually lend. How much have you paid in fees for the current loan? If you're paying $79 or $80, as they usually charge, and you've been paying since July, depending on your state's payday loan laws, you've most likely paid the loan and allowable interest back, and then some.
You can contact your bank and tell them you would like to block all future debits to your acct. from Route 66. Also, there is a letter you can send Route 66 to get them off your back....

Route 66 is also called Cash2day4u, Interim Cash Ltd., and a couple of other names. Make sure you send the letter via certified mail/return receipt requested so you will have proof of delivery. I would also suggest filing complaints with your state's Attorney General and Dept. of Finance or related Dept. so they can investigate this company as well.

If, however, they are saying you took out two loans when, in fact, you only took out one, you can easily get this verified through your bank. Find out when the second loan was supposedly deposited, and ask your bank for a statement reflecting transactions around that time. And definitely follow all of Tiffany's good advice as above. Good luck.
