You may find a lower payment plan than the existing one if you go for a settlement program. People unable to afford the consolidation payments use this program. Since you are unable to bear the payments in the hardship program, you must get some professional advice.
debt settlement will reduce the debt into half depending upon your file status. The counselor will call your creditors and explain your financial status. The accounts will be delinquent for few months in order to express to the creditors that you have no options of paying the minimums. They will go through your file and arrange a settlement figure.

I need a 16000.00 Loan Please Help
About Me:
I am 41yrs. old, married 12yrs. to a wonderful husband, and I have 2 beautiful daughters ages 12 and 20. I love to spend most of my time with my family. My husband has been laid off from Kemco and has been having trouble the last 6 months finding a good paying job. So all of our bills have been put on me to paid for.
Explanation of Bad Credit:
Ever since I started taking care of my parents in 2000. All of my money went to their care my mother, who suffered from Parkinson Disease and my father, who suffered from diabetes and heart problems. When they both passed I had to filed for bankruptcy in order to recover for myself and for my daughters. My parents were the only ones I could depend on for help due to my husband was in jail for about 8 years and it was a very hard time in my life. I have been working very hard to eliminate debt in my life. Unfortunately, having a huge tremor in my lower area in Dec. 2006 only made my situation harder due to all of my hospital fees now and having sick leave with little to no money to pay for my bills. So my bills in the end also suffered. To this date I have been struggling from paycheck to paycheck, payday loans, and personal loans to survive. So I made a decision to get myself out of debt not only for myself but for my family.
