You can go to your bank and request that they place a stop payment on the company.

Just a stop payment may not be good enough. They will withdraw a different amount or withdraw under a different name. To be completely safe you'd have to close and open a new account.

I read RT 66 Funding is affiliated with International Cash Today. Even if you dispute any item with them, they will not verify it correctly. The best way is to close the checking account and open a new one. This way you will stop more money going to them with wrong reasons.

After the account is closed, they will contact you for the payments. How much loan have you taken from them? Find out from your bank statement how much has been paid so far. The company is into illegal business in most states. You need to pay them the borrowed amount only. Anything else they say, it's just a crap.

Also, be sure that your bank doesn't allow debits using your social security number, mine did.

Yea, they had the account number to the old one, but I opened a new one and they got in it too. I was told by my bank that some companies will debit using your social. I closed that acct. and moved to another bank..

That's ridiculous that the bank would allow companies to do that! Did you contest the charges?

Once you do pay off the principal, tell them you want the account marked "paid in full." If you don't have that in writing, they might try to come back later for more. Good luck.
