I can not get anything in writing from Universal Fidelity. D

I want to clean up my daughters credit card debt with Chase. Chase has turned it over to Universal Fidelity and they will not send me paperwork.


Welcome to the Forums :D Is your daughter of age? If so, they can't legally send you anything unless she gives permission to them. I have dealt with UF and they aren't very good about that. Did you,or she send a debt validation letter to them? IF not, I would start there. Good Luck...KAren
