So Quckpayday is out of business?

They say they are no longer a lender but they refer to other lenders. In wyoming they refer to cash central.

I had a loan with them also, when I defaulted on it they never contaced me either. They reported me teletrack also. When I was current and paying them, they screwed my account over so many times anyway...no wonder they went out of business.

So should I try to contact them and pay them off or what??

I would defiantly try to contact them and see if they will accept some kind of arrangement. You just dont' want it to pop up later down the road.

Just tried to call and it goes straight to their voicemail. I also tried to login, but I can't remember my info.

My account was included in my bankruptcy I filed back in August.
But your right, if you do get a hold of them and start paying them back...defiantly don't give out any account info. If they really want payments they better take how they can get it.

I wonder why they haven't tried to get it back?? It has been almost a year now, do you think they might have marked it paid in full by now??

I think they are done with you. That is my opinion. You may have gotten lost somewhere in the system, this happens.

So should I try to keep getting in touch with them?? I just found papers from ameriloan for back in 05 too, and have heard nothing from them. They haven't reported anything to teletrack either..

When you apply for a loan or cc, do they check the TELETRACK??? If not, who checks it??

Personally, I wouldn't worry about them. ameriloan (dba RIO Resources) is in so much hot water, they are being investgated by the authorities, my understanding is that they are a tribe of Native American Indians. Ameriloan is done with you. They need to start worrying about themselves.

So just let them 2 go??
