I have an outstanding loan with route 66 funding.I want to work out payment options.I need to know their mailing address.I also feel that I was being over charged for the loan I took out. Can someone contact me at 1-630-660-****.I fear my wages will be garnished as a result of this.

Which state are you in? And have you checked your pdl laws yet? If not, go to this link:http://www.paydayloaninfo.org/
It may be that if you have been paying on this for quite some time in roll over fees that the loan and legal interest rate have already been paid. You should block these guys from debiting your account or just open a new account. You could demand the account be marked paid in full if you have already paid principal/interest back in roll overs. Also file a complaint with your AGs office. This company operates out of the UK, but has a US address. They will claim they only have to follow UK laws, not true. They will threaten you with arrest, fraud charges, etc...They are lying and can not do this.

Steelers is right. Don't let the fear get over you. First, you need to know how much is paid on the loan. You will know the total sent money from your bank statement and figure out the actual status of the loan. Route 66 Funding is not licensed in most states and they are into fraudulent activities. They have no grounds to take you to the court.

Know the laws on payday loans in your state. Then, call the company and make your arrangements. If you have paid them excessive amount, get the account closed and claim for a refund. If you owe a balance, send it by money order. Don't give your checking account number after closing it.

Be sure, there is nothing you need to worry on as long as you are aware of your rights and willing to pay the balance. Route 66 Funding has no legal base.
