Mr. Carter just called me again....stating that my file is out of his hands and that there is nothing more he can do for me. When I told him that I was trying to get in touch with someone for the money (small white lie) he told me to hold on, put me on hold, and came with, "well I just grabbed your file back just in case you can get the money" What?
When I told him I could possibly get some of the money and not the whole thing, he said, "ok, then there isn't anything else you can do, just save your money, it's out of my hand" So I confirmed that I shouldn't make a payment and he said,"it wouldn't help"
Then at the very end of our conversation I said that I would make a small payment via MoneyGram this evening (another small white lie), then he tells me this, "I am not telling you not to make a payment (which he did!), and that it may look good on my part!"

Which is it? I just wish I knew if this was a legit company? :(

Call your local attorney generals office and Better Business Bureau and report them. They are loaning illegally in your state and charging to much interest.

Thanks for your input Stephanie, however, this is a two year old post, not sure if you realized this when responding. :)

I just filed a complaint with the FTC. I think all of us need to get together to file a Class Action Lawsuit for harassment and voilations of the FTC.

I've never had a loan with them and they've managed to pull my credit report, find out where I work and call harassing wanting to speak to my boss about paying a $600 loan that I never took out. Can't get anywhere with them. Yolanda is soo rude and cursing the staff on the phone before she even spoke with me. She called multiple times during the day upsetting the entire staff. I'm lucky I still have a job. After that I filed the FTC complaint. Don't know if it will do any good.

Send them a cease and desist letter, this should stop the phone calls.
