hello,
i was chatting with steelers1 last night getting info. on payday loans and i was trying to bet back in contact with him. i need to know what to do

Taking a shot a Sam really isn't necessary, he obviously knows what he is talking about. And you can't fault him for that. He has only helped people since joining this forum and I think it is really great to have an actual attorney here to talk with. There is really no need for personal attacks.

This particular forum is about Bass and everyone's complaints, stories, worries, and advice. We seem to have gotten away from that with these childish slandering of each other. It would be nice to get back to what really matters. A little note to BEAUTY. We all make decisions in our lives whether we are an adult or a teenager. Your actions that have placed you where you were, were your decisions. So please don't act like a victim. I respect that your trying to change your life around. Follow the rules and you can't go wrong. As for "guest", leave this forum unless you have something to input that helps others. Why should we trust what you say when you remain alias as "guest". Sam has done nothing but offer is time and knowledge and we should all respect that. A loan is loan, your obligation to pay it. But making a contract difficult read and understand by hiding the words in real small print is a crock. If you are a "professional" loan outfit, then why do companies create contracts where it is really easy to misunderstand the terms? I have a loan for my house, which as we all know is a lot of money. But I didn't have trouble understanding the 30 YEAR terms. Now take a payday loan and payback 3-4 times what you borrowed and the company has the nerve to call and tell you,you haven't paid enough and that you didn't follow the contract is bull.Payday companies like arrowhead investment have mastered the confusion of their contracts. I can say that based on how many people in this forum have had the same problem. Its time for this company to look at themselves and ask why are our customers having such a difficult time? Lack of intellegience, little educational background? Come on, look at your companies's practices and question whether you would understand it yourself.

Not soon enough. I heard from them for the first time today. Thank goodness I thought to check it out before I sent them any money, I also got a letter which I will be replying to.

mcdanielCU03 Make sure you keep the copy of that letter and a copy of the letter you send to them. Make sure you send your letter cert. mail with return reciept requested so you know they got it. Then file a claim with your states AG along with Floridas AG. The more complaints the better with this company. I sent them a dispute letter the begining of Feb. They signed for it but I have yet to hear from them.

After their first contact with me, I have filed written complaints with the FL AG and with the FTC. I will also be sending them a written certified letter. These people need to be shut down ASAP!
