Why not report this company to your state AG for making false and illegal threats on you? This is disgusting when someone says "Good luck in prison". Why do you want to keep this feeling of intimidation?
If I can find the address of this company, I will post here so that you immediately send your debt validation letter and cover your legal basis.

When I was receiving calls from Bass I called the original creditor and told them about the harrassing phone calls I was getting. They told me to call SONNY PATTERSON and that he was the COMPLIANCE MANAGER for Bass. They told me he would be able to help me out.
