How to find payday loan settlement letters

What PDL's are you dealing with? Are they storefront or internet?

They are all internet companies.

Internet lenders must be licensed in your state if payday loans are allowed. They have to conduct their business legally before throwing any actions against you.

I haven't heard of any internet loan company especially those not licensed, filing a case against the borrower. If they give you such threats, don't be bothered. It's a crap. If you have the loan from them, you are responsible to pay the borrowed amount and the fees mentioned in your state.

Keystrokes is right. I think just about everyone here as dealt with at least one of them, and nothing good has come out of it..
