i had a loan at express cash. ron reynolds made several threating phone calls to me . i agrreed to pay it off in three payments which i did. then thursday i notice when i check my bank statement they had debited my account again for $45.00. when calling mr.reynolds again he was very rude he told me he had no record of this and to fax him the information then i pissed him off and he said to forget he would not return any thing to me so don't even waste your time because i will not look at it. who do i talk to now?

You need to speak with Brad Weathers; he is the collections manager. 1-800-757-0122. I think his extension is 234 but I know that company has a dial by name feature also so if 234 doesn't work, try that instead.
