some one please hel[ me with this I lve in MD I need some input before I deal with them

They are illegal in MD. Use the settlement letter on Polly's blog and get your complaints into the AGs office and the dept. which regulates this industry, this site will give you contact info. for the latter. You should demand they mark you paid in full and let them know you have filed a formal complaint against them. You are done with them, they can claim anything they want, you are in the right. They are PROHIBITED in your state.

Insert your state's pdl laws and demand they mark your account paid in full. Fax, e-mail, and USPS this letter, and don't fall for false threats such as charges of fraud and arrest. This is an illegal threat. You will be fine, you are done with them. They have gotten enough of your money.

Also demand a refund of $218.08, that is what you are entitled to. They operated in your state illegally, you should only payback what you borrowed.

I called and demanded that my account be marked paid in full because they violated my states law. After 5 phone calls, I received an email that my account for PaydayOne, PaydaOk and PaydaySelect was marked paid in full. I am currently trying to get a refund. I sent the letter and cc'd ht department of banking and Wyoming AG.

You can send them a letter demanding it. And file a complaint with your AGs office requesting as part of the complaint you want a refund. I don't know if that will work but it won't hurt to try. Most people have demanded their refunds in the beginning of the settlement process.

PDL loans are illegal in my state (NC) should I request a PIF letter from all of the ones that I paid back the principle already??

I would request the letter, most of them probably will not send you anything. Payday Ok was actually good about sending me a letter. But I can't get anyone else.
