how do you get out from these cash advances i have three of them all for 500.00 each and mt ssd is only1,300 and my sons income is 300.00 that leaves me 100.00 for three people to live on so i have to rewrite them every month

If you can give us more info., such as whether these are internet payday loans or storefront, how much you've paid in fees for each loan so far, and what state you're in, we can give you some info on how to deal with these lenders.

Also, to gain back control of your finances, you can close your bank acct. and reopen a new one to stop the lenders debiting their fees, if you have internet loans. If you legally still owe the lenders, you can work out payment arrangements and send them a money order until the balances are paid off, or you can consolidate your payday loans and make just one affordable monthly payment until the loans are legally satisfied.

I have 7 cash advances & desperately need help. I am in the state of VA. Is there anything I can legally do? It started out with a couple then I couldn't make money to live so I got the rest & it has snowballed, taking entire check(every 2 weeks) to just pay interest. They are all online. Please help?

Dragonflyturtle,

Your situation sounds a lot like mine did a few month ago. Are your advances via the internet or are the storefront? How much did you borrow from each of these companies and also, how much have you paid back (even if it's just the interest charges). It's possible that you've paid what you are legally obligated to. Are you behind on any of these payments?
