I was supposed to wire money to bass and associates friday before 4. I didn't send it. I received a phone call from bass around 6:30 asking why I didn't do it. I told her I didn't trust them, she then said I was red flagged? I told her I heard that their company has been red flagged also. She then responded with a question of what did I mean by that. I told her she knew exactly what I meant. She then asked if I was going to still wire the money and I said no. She then said welcome to the family and hung up on me.


It felt good to say you have been flagged as well. Can you believe she had the nerve to ask me what that meant? Our earlier phone conversation that day, she told me I had no rights because I defaulted on my loan agreement and I will be made an example. I got the godfather comment.HA HA. You guys are all great,been quite stressed out about the whole thing. Just want it over. Willing to fair but not f**ked.

I was told the same thing, but I was scared and like something stupid, went and sent the money back in August. I later found this site and got info on how to report them. Aarowhead gave me a loan for $300, and then tried to say that when the debited the acct, it came back "non-debit acct". Gee, that's weird b/c I had used the account for about 2 years and nobody else had trouble debiting it...

Another interesting note. I finally broke down and told my girlfriend(we live together) about my situation. She called arrowhead. I didn't ask her to. They gave out information on to her about me. They even faxed over a copy of the loan agreement(I couldn't find the old one). Are they allowed to do that?

Just visited the website of the BBB about Bass. Some of you may already know this but they are not registered with the bbb. The address they provide is to the UPS Store. They have 3 complaints since sept 2006,2 of 3 company hasn't responded to.They have an unsatisfactory status with bbb due to not responding to complaints. Does anyone know for sure if Ellis Crosby is affiliated with Bass?
