Not sure if my situation applies or if i can get help or not

i couldn't find a post similar to mine so i decided to post my own...here is my situation. unlike some i have already filed bankruptcy (i was discharged last december). since that time, i have had a much harder time getting help than what i did b4 i filed the bankruptcy. it was hell trying to purchase a car. i finally got one after paying a $500 trade in and 2,000 cash (thanx mom! i'm makin payments to her to repay that 2 grand).
after the bankruptcy i still had student loans to pay, including a direct loan thru the school that is now being handled by a law office (i am making payments, however because of this situation i am now backedup on payments). i just completed a rehabilitation program with the department of ed which reversed the default on one of my student loans. i also have student loans thru sallie mae which i just had consolidated. however that won't start until december. at the moment i'm good and extremely late on that payment.
i had been doing well with being ontime with all of my payments (car, insurance, rent, utilities, the majority of my student loans, etc.) until recently when a few emergency situations came up and i ended up using payday loans. naturally, i didn't qualify for any unsecured loans (the companies pretty much lauged in my face).
right now i have 5 pdls out. (2) store front loans both in the state of ohio: checkland ($460), always payday ($460): (3) webloans: aip ($289), paydayok ($550) and vc funding ($325). needless to say, what at one point was goin smooth is now rough and i am slowing falling apart. tryin to find out which bills i can pay and which i can't. this is crazy! i promised myself i wouldn't get into this type of situaion again, but here i am.
i have not defaulted on any of these loans just yet and i didn't want to but i am now running into problems with paying my bills and i don't want to have to get another pdl.
my question is, is there anything i can immediatly start to do to regain control even though none of the pdls have defaulted yet? immediately like this coming payday friday, all my loans are due at that time. i know that there may not be any fast fixes for this situation, but if there are i would greatly appreciate knowing.
thanx so much! i look forward to hearing from anyone that can help!

Hey! You will need to make arrangments with the storefronts, they are licensed and will seek a civil judgement if you don't. AND YOU CAN'T go to jail for defaulting on pdls. The internet pdls aren't licensed here in OH. Go to the AGs website and file a formal complaint against each one of the internet pdls. They are NOT licensed. How long have you been paying on them? If you have been rolling them over chances are you have already paid back the principal and legal interest rate for OH. And you can send them a settlement letter, template on Polly's blog and insert OH pdl laws and demand they mark your account paid in full. Stand your ground with them. You will probably need to close that account most of us here have done that to prevent future debits on the accounts and to gain back control of our finances. Keep posting we will get you through this.

hey!
thanx for the fast reply steelers and thank you so much for the encouragement! i greatly appreciate that.
i get what your saying, but i'm not quite sure of what order to do all of this in and what exactly to say. should i actually go to the store or call? should i be doin all of this before this payday friday?
do i try to work something out first, or close my account, send a letter or what?
as far as the storefronts how long will i have to try to pay those off before civil judgement will be taken against me and what do i do and tell them initially?
as far as length of time...with the storefront accounts:
the account with checkland i have had to have for over a year now, going on 2. it's been going something like this...i will borrow $400, then the following payday i will extend the loan (it costs $20 to extend). then the follwing payday i pay off the loan and start the cycle all over again. i just got the always payday account payday maybe about a month ago (i extended it as well). the aip and vc funding accounts (websites) i have had since october. the payday ok account (also website) i recently paid off, but ended up having to borrow the $500 again and have the first payment on that due this coming friday along with all of my other pdls.
i just want to be able to pay all of my bills on time again. with this website i am starting to see that it's possible and i am so appreciative...
just an update...
i havent given up (although no ones really replied to my thread:) ). i did what steelers suggested and closed my account. i just got my first reply back from paydayok letting me know that the payment did not go through.
i haven't been to the storefronts yet to let them know what's going on. i was waiting until my upcoming paycheck to actually take some money in with me to put money down when i go into the store to let them know i'm serious about paying my loan off.
i'm also goin to work on the internet loans today as well to let them know the deal. i intend on each loan a little bit of money (all i can afford) each payday until they are all paid off.
i'll let you all know what happens.
thanx for listening you guys!

Did you calculate to see how much you have already paid the internet ones? I would do that before paying them anymore and also check your state laws regarding PDL's. Also, I would try to deal with the storefront ones ASAP. Like Steelers1 said, they are usually legal and will purse judgements against you..

Be careful of storefront lenders. They mostly follow the laws. If you need to be careful, they are the ones who can easily file legal actions. I will highly recommend not to wait calling your storefront lenders. If you keep yourself upfront and update your situation, they will understand your point. Otherwise they will be quick in sending summons through court.
i deeply appreciate the great advice. i am typing up letters to
i deeply appreciate the great advice.
i am typing up letters to walk through the doors of my storefront lenders today and i will be taking the letters to the stores today as well.
i'm checking into the laws for the state of ohio now. like nat suggested to see if i even need to pay anymore money than what i've already paid back to the web pdl's.
i got my first phone call yesterday from a gentleman claiming that he was from phillip abernathy's law firm. he was calling for vc funding (website pdl). he told me that he had filed a suit with the courts this morning for bank fraud. i said "oh really". i said that's usually not the process. i said my payment was just due last friday! i told him to proceed however he need see fit and that i would be contacting vc funding myself. he said that they won't speak to me. i said yes they will because they want their money!
oh well, i guess i'll see what shakes out. i'll keep this thread posted with updates. hopefully it's all good updates. i'm thinkin it will be i'm feeling pretty confident about all this.
ahhhhhhhh...feels good to breathe again!
update....
okay...
well i got the two most important pdl's taken care of first, which are the store fronts. so i'm making my final payment on one next week. then i am making an "in full payment" on the other on 2/15.
so NOW i will take care of the 3 internet pdl's i have. but that has been about 3 months ago. i still havent received any harrassing phone calls.
i wonder why?
