Help w/Apple Fast Cash, Instant Cash-loan and PaycheckToday!

I was successful in getting 4 of my Payday lenders to mark me paid in full, but have now hit a brick wall. I have loans w/Apple Fast Cash $300 loan have paid a total of $1494, Instant Cash loan $200 (I technically owe $60) and Paycheck Today $300 have paid $535. I have called and emailed requesting that I get marked as paid in full for Apple and Paychecktoday immediately and have asked that after I pay $60 to ICTPD I be marked PIF. I was told noway. When I informed ICTPD, I was told that when I applied I agreed to follow the laws of their state, I don't remember that, and when I spoke w/Paycheck today I was told that the only way I could speak w/someone concerning settling is if it goes to collection and that "the man wants his money." The jury is still out w/Apple, but I would greatly appreciate some advice.

Be persistent with these guys. I can't remember, have you filed you complaints with the AGs office yet? If not do that ASAP. Don't give up continue to slam them with your demands, and it doesn't matter what that contract says about following their laws, if you were to contact their AGs office they would tell you that these companies don't even know their home state's law and they have to follow the consumer's state laws.
