I have posted on my blog the transcript of a voice message I received from this company 2 days ago and the letter that is going out certified today. Many have posted that UCL is hard to deal with, so am I. BRING IT ON! UCL


they just said they were sending police to my home to have me arrested can they do that? consumer credit counseling is working with me to pay them

catmnster1---I am not a law enforcement officer, but I do know (from being a part of this forum) that you cannot be arrested for having or not paying payday loans, especially if you are working with a debt program. If this was the case and they COULD arrest delinquent customers, we all (myself included!) would be making our posts from our local jails. Just one of their stupid scare tactics.
