You have to place a dispute with the credit bureau by highlighting the incorrect item. After receiving your dispute, they will verify the correct info with the companies reporting in your file.
If your dispute is found correct, the incorrect negative items will be removed within 30 days and you will receive a free copy at your mailing address.
If you can prove why you feel the dispute is proper, the bureau will investigate thoroughly.

It is not illegal to contract with a minor, but a minor has the option to "avoid" the contract after becoming of legal age (which is why it is not smart to contract with a minor.)
HOWEVER, a minor must avoid the contract within reasonable time after becoming legal. If you turned 18 and did not dispute your contract, then the contract was ratified. Also, if you made any payment on it after turning 18, that also "ratifies" the contract. Once a contract is ratified, it is fully enforceable through operation of law.
Hence, they will not remove it just because you were a minor. But you can still dispute it and request that they validate the debt.
As for the meds, as long as they haven't been paid, it is your responsibility. (Somewhere in the fine print, you agreed to be responsible if the insurance did not cover the claim for any reason). If you had insurance coverage, then it is up to you to make sure the insurance pays them. An unpaid balance can be reported on your bureau.
As such, your reasons are not a defense in themselves. Follow onelamb's advice and dispute the items; it will then be up to the creditors to validate your account in accordance with FCRA.
