You are liable to pay that much only what your state allows. Cash Transfer Center will keep debiting from your checking account if you are not proactive and put a stop. They have to accept your terms because you are backed by the state laws. If they don't listen, put your complaints with the DA's office for doing illegal business in your state and making excessive charges from consumers. Make sure that you have done your homework.
