I promise you, this site is safe. I have the same concerns as you when it comes to doing anything online, identity theft terrifies me. You will never ever have to reveal any personal info on this site.

As a matter of fact, if you inadvertently do reveal personal information, it is deleted for your protection.

This site is great, and like dbaker6 said, if you even put you email address, someone will come along and delete it for your protection..Good luck on the forums...
