A credit card comp. named MasterCard _Sterl Direct Pay took 159.95 out of my checking acct. without my permission i am disputing this matter but in the meantime does anyone know who these people are and how do i get my money back? any and all info will ba helpful. Please help me

Sounds like it is for a Sterling Mastercard pre-paid debit card.
Sounds like it is for a Sterling Mastercard pre-paid debit card. They charge you 159.95 for the start up fee. Looks like they are hoping people will think it is a credit card. This is the contact info on their website.
