Need help getting out of $8,000 in various debt.

I just graduated from college and I am trying to start a business with a friend. Meanwhile I racked up about $5,000 in credit card debt ($4000 on one with interest and $1000 split between two more with another 4-5 months of 0%apr) and I owe another $3,000 on a student loan. Right now I am just able to make my minimum payments and my balance is pretty stagnant on the credit cards. I have been thinking about going through a consolidation service but I don't really know where to start. I rent an apartment and I don't own my car. I really have nothing of significant value. Does anyone have any advice on where I should start in clearing this debt up? I'm not as worried about the small student loan because it has low interest and low payments but my credit card is really hurting me. Any advice would be much appreciated.

No, I just signed up today. I signed up just through the forum and all they wanted was my e-mail address. Do you think there is a chance that they will contact me via e-mail? I may just have to do it all over again with my other e-mail address. There is no place to add a phone number to my information. At least not that I can find.
