Are you satisifed w/Superior Debt Services?

I am considering hiring Superior Debt Services. If you don't mind, my aksing: are they charging you a flat 15% fee? How have you liked their services thus far? How did you find them?

I was not happy with them at all. I pulled out of the program a couple of weeks ago and I've had better luck working things out with my creditors on my own. I know others have had great luck with them but they burnt a bridge with me. I don't want to get into all the details but some of their actions with me were uncalled for.
