i received message say that iam winner in australian lottary email what i do how i know if that true

that is a scam.ask yourself,how did i win something i have never even heard of before?that is a top ten scam.

Rule of thumb....just ask yourself, "Did I personally and willingly sign up for a sweepstakes?" If you didn't, then delete the email, throw away the mail solicitation or hang up the telephone! It's a scam!

If it is too good to be true, it probably is not true.
