1. No ! My furnace bursted in january of 2003 .

2. 6 water pipes also cracked , and turned the basement into a ice cannon !

3. All my tenants had to move out and i could not pay the mortgage payment for 4 months , thus; in may the folclosure papers came !

4. I had an attorney to file in lieu of forclosure , but obviously it did not go thru ???

Looking at your situation, I will advise you some professional help. Unfortunately, the situation seems not to be in your favor. You should take legal help if bankruptcy is the only option if suggested by a debt counselor. You will have to pay the deficit balance because that was not recovered when the sale took place. For this, the company can take actions and you can stop that either by payment arrangements or file bankruptcy for it.
