Have you gone through your bank statements and find out how much is paid so far? Most companies especially the internet lenders don't follow the laws and charge excessive interests and fees. Before you make a payment arrangement, find out the individual status of these accounts. Then move from there.

Now, "Guest" is going to come on here and slam me but I don't really care. So.....You need to file a complaint with the OH AGs office for the one's that aren't licensed in OH, you can do this online, and the OH AGs office does contact each internet pdl that isn't licensed in our state. You can then go to Polly's blog and use the settlement template letter on that site. After you have done what PassionHunting said to do (figure out how much you have paid each of them) then you can put in your settlement offer your settlement demands. If you have paid more than the princpal and legal interest rate for the state of OH you can demand they mark it paid in full. OH allows $15/$100 borrowed on a pdl and NO ROLL OVERS. And the pdl company has to be licensed in OH. And the only one you have that is licensed in OH would be CashNet. You need to treat them as you would a storefront pdl, they are operating by the law.

You should check to see if it's cashnetusa or cashnet500. They are very different companies. Cashnetusa is usually licensed in each state it lends, and follows the laws. Cashnet500 does not, and is a huge pain to deal with . . . .
