paying off payday loans

Who are the loans with, what state do you live in, and how much did you borrow/pay on each loan?

I have about 12 payday loans and I live Oregon. My total is about 6,225 and I am feeling overwhelmed! I need some advice on what should I do. Close my account and make payment arrangement.

Are these loans obtained online or at a retail establishment (storefront)?

If you can provide the names of the lenders, how much you borrowed, and how much you have paid each of them back, we can offer you some sound advice on how to deal with them.

Also, I see that Oregon's payday lending restrictions went into effect on July 1, 2006 (POST CORRECTED DUE TO CHRISTMAS-FRIED BRAIN OF MEMBER-LOL!) - were these loans taken out before that date or after?
