Nice to know that you have realized the mistakes happened in the past. Now that you have a job and get a decent income, consolidate your debts under one bill. You can decide the plan according to your situation and save money for other necessary bills. After talking to a counselor, you will find your situation to be better. Continue the payments in the plan otherwise you will be squared back to zero. You don't want this to happen after enrolling in the program.

Once I learned(though it took me a long time) what bad judgement and mistakes I made, it was alot easier to not do it again. That's how we learn!
