I am trying to consolidate all my bills into one monthly payment and build my credit history. But, thing is my credit won't allow me to get a loan, because of past delinquencies and a paid-off judgement that hasn't been removed. Could someone tell me if there are loan companies that are willing to lend to High risk credit people.

Welcome to the forums since you have registered a debt counselor will be in contact with you. Hopefully they can come up with a plan . KYSIDE38

Most people especially with bad credit fall into a scam. The interest rates are sky high for people with such financial problems. Don't take a new loan and multiply your debts further.

You will have to improve your credit scores by paying off the recent debts. The negatives already in your credit file will take seven years to get removed. Nothing can be done unless the companies want to do a favor on you by reporting positively with the bureaus. But you can do your part by paying off the existing debts. Consolidating everything under one payment will be a sound option.
