My situation stands due to quitting my job because of a pregnancy and birth. My fiance and I both were not working at the time and we were buying groceries with the available credit that I had. Now I still cant go back to work due to not making enough to cover child care for the hours that I would work.
So if you could please help lead me in the right direction...
Thanks,
Stacie

Hi Stacie, you may try calling the credit card company and explain the problems you are going through. There might be some plans for people in hardship.

The creditors don't know what you are going through. They will think that you are avoiding the payments. It will be better if you can call and get some arrangements done. If you want the help of a debt counselor, he will call the companies on your behalf.

I would like the help of a debt counselor. I would very much like the couselor to call my credit companies on my behalf. I am going through a time of hardship and hope to get back on my feet soon.
