How do I contact the company that keeps taking a fee.

Is there a name or anything that appears with the transaction, maybe something on your bank statement. If you don't have that bank statement yet, try contacting your bank to see if they can give you a name. Once you have a name, then we can try and help you come up with contact information.

There is a name it is sgq processing. I have already tried the bank they say they cant help. They said it was authorized but we were never even notified that we got the loan it was just deposited in the bank.
