debt help

I have a card with chase that is one month late. I just cannot afford their min. payment. In 2005 I went over the limit and they jacked the interest and payment up so I got behind. They put me on a plan in sept of 2005 for 265 a month well i screwed up in dec and jan and for some reason only paid 260 each month so they kicked me out. I have been doing the best I can since then but they will not work with me now. What is the best thing I could do I am at least 30 days behind now, I have other debts but I do pay them not in the best financial shape but I did it so I have to live with it. Anyone with any advice on what is my best option let me know. Thanks
