You will need to contact Arrowhead at the number listed above in the post. Several people have had problems with arrowhead. Check out this website, www.paydayloaninfo.org, and make sure arrowhead has been following the payday loan laws according to your state. My name is chakita campbell and i received a very scary call today saying i was going to jail for not paying this loan out and my bank account was closed due to the fact that so much was coming out and i got a negative balance and i really need this help cause i cant lose my job due to this can someone please please help with situatioan and arrowhead doesn't have my account anymore now another company does they say i owe 580 dollars and i only took out 200 dollars

Ok calm down...you are not going to jail. This is a threat that these pdl collection agencies use to scare the money out of you. Who did arrowhead turn you over too? HOw much did you pay back on the 200 dollars and what state are you in?

Like Leah said, calm down. They can't throw you in jail. They are just trying to scare you. There are no debtor's prisons. Answer Leah's questions and we will do what we can to help.

I got a call today from this company saying that i owe them money for a payday loan returned from my account that was closed i told him it wasnt me and that months ago i filed an seriuos incident report cuz my information was taken and he said if i dont pay he will send investigators to my job and seize my wages what should i do

I borrowed 200 back in February, and have been paying the finance fee. Just recently i was subject to fraudulent activity on my checking account. All money was taken which is leaving me with a negative amount. That account was frozen and i now have anew account. I have received very, many rude, threatening calls from a collection agency describing themselves from TX legal department with an area code of 904 and when I call back, I get non speaking enlgish reps who say they are calling from the state of NJ and that they are from the FBI High court and that they will have fbi agents come arrest me for not paying. They do not let you speak, they did not want the letter from the bank regarding the fraud activity, and call you stupid, and yell at you. After constantly calling to give them the inofrmation they need, I said i would make a money gram payment and needed the information but he said to go to the store first and to call him so that he can give me the money gram info. Otherwise he would not give me any money gram information.

Have you filed a police report about the checking account activity? If not you need to do so asap, also contact them with this new information about them telling you they are with the FBI. That is a huge no no. You may also want to contact the FBI about this. They cannot arrest you for non payment of a internet payday loan. This is a threat that they use to scare people into paying them. And most of all the FBI will not come and arrest you. They are not a part of this company. You need to start filing complaints against this company asap. I wouldn't pay them. Because this company probably bought your defaulted account for pennies on the dollar and are probably trying to collect 3 times the amount you really borrowed.

I've just recv'd a call from Jackson and Associates and don't know what to do, they to are trying to threaten me and say I'm going to jail. I don't know how to send any money, and beleive me it's not going to be the thousand they said it'll be just what I borrowed and the finance. Gosh it's ridiculous how their tactics are. Arrowhead has been taking $60 out of my checking every other week, I owe $200 and they charged me a $60 finance fee. This fee has been ongoing now for about 4 to 6 months, I never can pay the 200 b/c of the 60 they take out. How long can they take out the 60 and after so long do they not use that to start paying off the loan? I live in Arkansas and not sure of PDL laws
