Does anyone know anything about Bud Hibbs, is he valid?

I spent a good portion of the day in tears, I am so scared...I don't know what they can do.....and I don't want to aggravate the situation. I just want to get this resolved. Would you mind sending him one?
I's so new to this I don't know what to do.

--------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Like many I have created some problems for myself in the credit arena. After being through two hurricanes and some other problems I defaulted on my credit cards. In August I thought I set up a plan with Chase Credit Card to take payments from my account of $40.00 a month. At least I thought I did, the took August then didn't take anymore. They sold my account to Bronson & Migliaccio on November 7th. On November 21st I received a letter from Bronson (form letter) giving me 30 days to dispute and if I did they would send documentation or the copy of a Judgement. I called them today to try and see what was up. And in fact if it was my debt could I set up payment arrangements. They were very, very rude....said they didn't owe me anything and that they had enough information to take me to court and that they forwarding this immediately to an attorney. I saw a thing on Bud Hibbs...he's says to send the a request for validation and cease and desist. But if they truly are attorney's can they freeze my bank account before Judgement. I live in FL and I have not transferred my bank account from MN. Please, Please help

Sam, jenlou39 is having some troubles with collection agencies. Can you please help her out; it seems you missed her second post.

Also I have a suggestion: why don????????t we set up a legal cell for the community members? It will legally assist us fighting against bad collectors and predatory lenders. What do you all say?
