I would suggest trying ext. 300 @ the 800 number listed above. This lady is supposed to be the controller??? I spoke with her yesterday, and she is supposed to be mailing out my PIF letter..

I still do not have a good number for Xtra Cash or for $10 PayDayLoans, which apparently is the same as MTE Financial and/or RIO RESOURCES.

Just wanted to say.. I sent MTE Financial/Rio Resources the letter from Polly's blog, plus complained about them to the BBB and they sent my account to ACA Recovery. I had to file a compliant with Consumer Protection in my state to get them to mark my account PIF
