the court date is scgeduled for december the 8th so I guess it is too late to postpone the court date. should I show up and explain the situation to the judge. If the judge rules in there favor will my wages be garnished. If i dont show up that will go one my credit report as a judgement is that correct. i am kind of confused I have never received a summons before and i received this one late.
