First I want to say thank all of you for your advice. I just received this from Pay Day OK (to whom I still supposedly owed a principle of $500):

PayDay OK is in receipt of your e-mail dated November 23, 2006 and is happy to have the opportunity to respond.

We understand you are going through financial difficulty. Therefore, as a gesture of good faith, PayDay OK will consider your loan as paid in full.

Thank You,

Now I need to deal with several others. I have this question: since Missouri prohibits a company or it's affiliates from loaning over the amount of $500 at one time, and I have loans with ameriloan, United Cash Loans and Rio (MTE) which I understand are all affiliates, am I still obligated to pay all 3 back with these principle amounts $300, $350, & $200 (total $850)? United Cash is being nasty and saying that they will answer to the AG with no problem.

Hi Paula, I am glad you are having success with PDOK, I myself am dealing with PDOK and UCL also. PDOK has been very responsive but UCL are being jerks (to use a nice term) Anyhow if you check my blog out there are some posts in my dealings (letters and correspondances) with UCL and I will posting as events transpire, maybe something postive will happen and you can use my information in dealing with them

The loan from UCL is recent. I have only paid $105 in interest on $350, but I am also paying on a #300 loan with ameriloan, and have paid $180 in interest so far on $300, and have paid $30 on a $200 loan to Rio so far. However, I paid off loans to Ameriloan and UCL this year previously to the tune of about $850 on each of $300 loans. Now that I know that they are the same company and that Missouri limits the amount to $500, I am mad. I cannot pay these right now, and wonder if I am justified in asking for the accounts to be paid in full. I contacted all of these companies and told them I was filing with the AG and what MO law states. I have not heard from Ameriloan or Rio, but UCL says they will deal with all charges and that I will have to pay back or it will go to a 3rd party collector. Advice?

Revise the terms for every pay period. You need to know the total payments sent by you and what your state allows. If your account has to be marked PIF and the company is not doing it, report to the DA's office. Tell them about your legal steps taken. They will stop playing around you and look into your account carefully. Get the ammunition from your state laws.
