why is acreditor sueing me when I am in yourprogram

I am being sued by target national bank I was handed a summons to court by a private decetive last week and have 20 days to answer. I contaCTED hESS KENNEDY LAST WEEK AND TALKED TO dONAVAN IT IS NEVER THE SAME PERSON when I call. He was going to send me info on my accounts and never did I could not wait so I had to send the papers to the court and there lawyers they have the fax that I had to spend $4.00 to send.Have not heard from anyone in my email.

let me tell you something b_bohm Hess Kennedy will not help you they will put you on hold, take your money, and never return your phone calls, or anything else. Take it from someone who knows I've had dealings with this company and they will not help you. GET OUT WHILE YOU STILL CAN!! Call your creditors and work out a settlement on your own and save your money. This is what I've had to do and it has worked out better. I only have 2 more to go and I'm done with credit cards.
