Thanks to the fact that they charged me $48 for an annual fee that I knew nothing about, it caused my account go over and they charged me an overlimit fee plus the $20 fee ($103).

Well now they call me everyday seeking payment. My bill is not due until next week. The lady said that payment is due immediately. I told her that it wasn't, that it was due next week and hung up.

I have tried work out arrangements with these people and they have yet to respond to my request.

Thanks for the heads up. I was thinking about applying for one of these cards. I thought the fees were to much. I will stick with Capital One, they have been good to me so far. KYSIDE38

I also had one of these cards. They usually waited until I just had a few dollars of available credit and then they charged the fees, always kicking me over the credit limit. It was charged off last year, and now I am going to pay the last payment this month. It is currently with a company called AR Mangagement. I will be so glad to get this chargeoff of my report and get my score going up some MORE>..........
