I called an attorney office about a credit card debt and they refused to talk to me or give me any details. The lady said a judgment had been filed and hung up on me. Is there anything I can do?

Welcome to the Community :D You can call your court clerks office and find out if anything has been filed, and when. Chances are they are blowing smoke-but if they have filed a judgement, find out soon so you can reply to it. Also, if you haven't gotten a debt validation from them, do so immediately, before the court date, if possible.Good Luck...Karen
