Hi I came upon this site and am in need of some much needed help and advice. I currently have 6 payday loans out right now. Three of them are in default and the other three I wont be able to afford much longer and am considering changing bank accounts and my direct deposit, therefore causing them to go into default also. I'm really stressed out..........can anyone give me some help.

The companies are
Mycashnow.com
Paydayavenue.com
militaryfinancial.com
cashnet500.com
United Cash Loan
One click cash

Payday avenue have already contacted me and informed me to send the payment by western union, when I asked to pay half now and half in two weeks she told me that I had to pay it all at one time. However I really can't afford to pay them at one time or my more important bills will go late. HELP!!!

What state are you in? Here is the link to your state's pdl laws:

From there, PAY YOUR IMPORTANT BILLS FIRST. And you need to either block these companies from debiting your account or close it and open a new one. Many of us here have ended up doing the latter because these companies go by many different names. Second, determine how much you have paid them to date in "roll over" or "refinancing" charges. And if you have paid over the principal and legal interest for your state, DEMAND THEY MARK YOU PAID IN FULL. If not figure out how much you legally owe them. You can use the template settlement letter on Polly's blog to do this. E-mail, fax, and USPS this letter also include the fact that you have filed a complaint with your state's AG office. Which you will need to do because I doubt any of the above companies are licensed in your state. And they are more than likely charging illegal fees. They will say that you are going to be arrested/charged with fraud. Please disregard these obnoxious threats, because they are lying to you.You are going to be fine and be out of this mess soon. Pay your important bills first. Don't wire any money DEMAND a physical address and send a money order if you truly owe them more money. They will say they don't have one, but keep demanding they will suddenly discover they have one and give it to you. Their bark is worse than their bite.

I was residing in florida when the loans were taken out, I'm in the military and am now overseas. The only company that is really bothering me now is paydave avenue, can they really garnish my wages. They don't have the contact information for my new base but they do for my old one and I'm worried that paperwork will travel.

You need to revoke the voluntary wage assignment you agreed to, they have this clause in their contract. Congress has come down hard on these companies when it comes to lending to military and their family members. FILE COMPLAINTS WITH THE FL AGs office. And revoke that voluntary wage assignment. I doubt the federal govt would allow that anyway, but do it anyways. You can e-mail, fax, and send the letter.
